Join us for an engaging Wellness Wednesday presentation with RRH expert physical therapist Sabrina Basile from Unity Physical Therapy & Rehab as she explores the connection between stress, fear, beliefs, movement, and healing. Sabrina will discuss how stress can affect the body physically and emotionally, especially as we age, and will share practical movement-based tools to support recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.
Sabrina’s personal interests include spending time with her seven-year-old at the playground, visiting the library, staying active through nature walks and gym exercise, and learning languages such as Italian and Spanish.
