This Tai Chi series welcomes people of all abilities and is designed as a structured, evidence-based wellness program focused on building strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Movements are slow, gentle, and consistently guided by the instructor throughout each session.
Classes are primarily taught standing, though participants may also choose to participate seated — or with a combination of sitting and standing — based on comfort and ability.

This series is intended for students who have completed Lifespan’s Tai Chi Part 1.
Please note: This is a progressive, evidence-based program designed to build skills and benefits over time. Participation is limited to the 25 individuals who register and commit to completing the full 16-session series.
Registration for the entire series is required through the JCC website or at the front desk. Space is limited.
