Lifespan’s Tai Chi Part 1 for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Classes are primarily taught standing, though participants may also choose to participate seated ? or with a combination of sitting and standing ? based on comfort and ability.

Please note: This is a progressive, evidence-based program designed to build skills and benefits over time. Participation is limited to the 25 individuals who register and commit to completing the full 16-session series.
Registration for the entire series is required through the JCC website or at the front desk. Space is limited

- There are no drop-ins for this class. If you are put on the wait list, you will be contacted if a slot opens up.
