Lifespan’s Tai Chi Part 2 for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Tai Chi combines gentle, fluid movements with deep breathing. It increases strength and balance, range of motion, and reduces stiffness. It’s recommended that you have taken Tai Chi Part 1.
