Dr. Mindy Patterson, PsyD. is a clinical neuropsychologist who provides neuropsychological evaluations for people across the lifespan with a wide variety of presenting conditions. At Rochester Regional Health, Mindy is a team member of the Memory Center at Unity. She provides diagnostic evaluations for adults with memory concerns. Many health conditions can cause the symptom of memory loss which is why accurate diagnosis is key..The Memory Center has a multidisciplinary team including Neurologists, Psychologists, Care managers, Nurses, Social Work and others, ready to care for you and your family members. At RRH, we understand family members are just as deserving and in need of care, education and support
This lecture on healthy brain aging will explore strategies to promote cognitive health and overall well-being as people age. Dr. Patterson will discuss ways to support a healthy brain, which include factors such as nutrition, physical activity, and social engagement. Dr. Patterson will also address challenges like age-related diseases and the role of healthcare interventions in supporting brain health throughout the aging process.
