Many families push for reconciliation before repair; expecting people to show up, smile, and move on while the underlying issues go unaddressed. This workshop explores the difference between peacekeeping and true peacemaking, why proximity and time don’t heal unresolved wounds, and how to set boundaries around holidays, gatherings, and family pressure without requiring pretending.
