The Loneliness Antidote: Building Connection That Lasts
Loneliness is now recognized as a serious health risk, but it responds to intentional effort. This workshop looks at the difference between solitude and loneliness, why connection gets harder with age, and concrete strategies for deepening existing relationships and building new ones, whether you’re partnered, single, introverted, or starting over in a new place.
Location: Board Room aka Conference Room 1
Drop-ins will always be welcome but it helps us when you register. This is how we know how to set up the room and how much coffee to order. Thank you for understanding!
