Pilates Reformer Flow Focus
This class is a full-body workout using the Beginner-Intermediate Pilates exercises. Our goal is to help you feel length and connection to your body while adding the right level of challenge for you. This class is for all levels. If you are new to the Pilates Reformer, we recommend you take our Pilates Reformer Foundation Focus classes to ensure a good starting point. Class limit of 6.
