Pilates Reformer Foundation Focus
This class is ideal for members that are newer to Pilates Reformer training. This class offers a safe class experience to build a solid foundation. There will be a focus on breath, form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. These sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels and can be modified for individuals with physical limitations. All fitness levels welcome. Class limit of 4.
